About Devonne

Devonne Carter has been counseling couples and individuals for over 18 years. She knows heartache, and the pain that people feel in life.  She has been helping others deal with their infertility, depression, unplanned pregnancies, living skills, weight loss, money management and many other life issues. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, has a Masters in Social Work and a degree in Psychology. Devonne has a special place in her heart for children and parents of hurting children.
